Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the Continental United States only. At this time, we are unable to accept international orders.

We use USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail services, depending on the total shipping weight of your order (including all protective packaging materials):

• Orders under 15 oz: Typically ship via Ground Advantage.

• Orders over 15 oz: Typically ship via Priority Mail.

Processing & Delivery:

• Timeframe: All orders include FREE tracking and are shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted.

• Temperature Sensitivity: Our natural products are sensitive to extreme temperatures. They may soften, melt, or separate if left in a hot mailbox or vehicle. Please track your package to ensure it is brought indoors promptly. If a product softens, simply place it in a cool spot to firm up; this does not affect the quality or safety of the product.

• Address Accuracy: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it for an additional shipping charge. If you prefer a cancellation instead, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Sales Tax

A California Sales Tax of 9.75% will be added to all orders shipping to a California address.
